NSW babies clap their hands for better childcare ratios

Most of us are familiar with the children’s nursery rhyme “If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands…”! And we are all loudly clapping the NSW Government's decision to increase the ratio of long day care centre carers for babies and toddlers to 1:4.
