At a successful forum hosted yesterday by the Commission for Children and Young People and the National Children's and Youth Law Centre, young people outlined to telecommunication representatives the issues facing young people owning mobile phones.
A report into the deaths of children in NSW today found that 21 children who died of abuse, neglect or suspicious circumstances, came from high risk families and all their families had contact with a combination of health, police or welfare agencies before their deaths.
